Gift Card Terms & Privacy

LA Vie gift cards may be used for eligible services and packages offered by LVS Med Spas. Appointment availability, treatment eligibility, consultation requirements, and provider recommendations continue to apply.

Use and balance

Present the gift code when redeeming. Partial redemption is supported where permitted, and the remaining balance stays associated with the same code. Gift cards have no cash value except where required by law. Lost or shared codes can only be replaced when LVS Med Spas can verify the original purchase.

Delivery and refunds

Digital delivery may be immediate or scheduled. Physical cards may be picked up or shipped using the option selected at checkout. Refunds are reviewed against the unused gift balance and the original payment method. A refund may void or reduce the related gift balance.

Privacy and communications

Purchaser and recipient details are used to fulfill the order, deliver the gift, prevent misuse, provide support, and maintain transaction records. Marketing email is optional and is recorded separately from the required purchase agreement. Payment card details are collected by the configured payment processor and are not stored by this website.
